how to go to sleep fast and easy.

 My first step to going to sleep well is....

1. make sure that you have a nice warm cosy blanket, pillow and bed even just a big comforter like I do, it really helps getting comfortable in bed and just going to sleep faster.

2. all ways make sure that your room is dark mostly because it calms you down and it makes you more relaxed.

3. Have a nice tea with some honey in it, that justt makes you nice a warm.

4. read at night, i love to read so now i read two chapters which just makes me want to go to sleep faster.

5. if you have a diffuser like me put some essential oils in it and your room at it'll make you calm down and feel more relaxed by the beautiful smells of the wonderful essential oils. I like to put lavender essential oils in my diffuser as the smell is wonderful also if you have the if you have the diffuser with lights on great put the lights on it'll make you feel nice and calm.

6. f you don't have essential oils or a diffuser like me then just put some candles on it'll make you feel super nice and it just gives a special touch to your room.

7. if you have essential oils like me you can rub them on your palm or on your neck some essential oils can make you go to sleep which is really good.

8. if you have anything on your mind get a notebook and write the things on your mind down into the notebook it helps clear your mind if you got anything negative on your mind or stress or even just see anything on your mind in general.

‘’One day I was going for a walk to get some honey because I was very hungry’’.

So when I saw the honey I was drooling so much I mean it's my favourite food of course I'm going to drool’’ Mrs bear said.

‘’So I was going for a little trip because I was even more honey I mean wow i eat a lot but am I pregnant or something?’’ Mrs Bear said in a funny voice. He was really, really hungry so he couldn't help himself so he RAN so fast that he went to where he needed to go really quick’’

He finally reached his destination he went to a very big tree and then he saw the most scariest thing ever, it was a LION!!!!!!! The bear was very scared but then he found a tree he thought that    

The tree was big enough so the little lion could see him but then they became friends.

 then they lived happily after.

                                     As I saw it, writing.

I am so out of mind, hi I am a paint brush my name is bob the paint brush but you can just  call me pain bush, I  hate it when my owners dip me in to water and they don’t even  get me out i mean do you expect me not  to drown in water, also I would like to mention that a true artist never and
I mean never leave a paintbrush in water and not even get them out, my hair starts to get all crusty and it falls out which is so unacceptable. My favourite thing to do is to dye my hair with pants. My favourite colour to dye my hair is ultramarine blue in watercolour paint sets of course. my favourite paints it's a watercolour paintings cos they actually wash my hair as well as dying it. I hate acrylic paints because they always get stuck in my hair which I really hate because then I always have to go thou all that water business.

Hi my name is mouse. All my brothers And sisters were named that as well. I have a wife I love her so much she does everything for me, I always take her out for dinner. I always by her and my 70  kids  lots of gifts. My wife does a lot she does laundry dishes and more, my job is the HHS it stands for human health service. Last week I took my wife out for a romantic dinner she was really happy we even snack in a kiss.

                                The Lemons smelled  like Lemonade, sour and sweet.

                               The Lemons felt bumpy with a sharp pointy bit in the middle.

                      When I picked the Lemon it sounded like creatures rushing though a bush.

                                The Lemons looked very cool, it had green and yellow skin.

                                             it tasted really sour and sweet as well.
