My first step to going to sleep well is....
1. make sure that you have a nice warm cosy blanket, pillow and bed even just a big comforter like I do, it really helps getting comfortable in bed and just going to sleep faster.
2. all ways make sure that your room is dark mostly because it calms you down and it makes you more relaxed.
3. Have a nice tea with some honey in it, that justt makes you nice a warm.
4. read at night, i love to read so now i read two chapters which just makes me want to go to sleep faster.
5. if you have a diffuser like me put some essential oils in it and your room at it'll make you calm down and feel more relaxed by the beautiful smells of the wonderful essential oils. I like to put lavender essential oils in my diffuser as the smell is wonderful also if you have the if you have the diffuser with lights on great put the lights on it'll make you feel nice and calm.
6. f you don't have essential oils or a diffuser like me then just put some candles on it'll make you feel super nice and it just gives a special touch to your room.
7. if you have essential oils like me you can rub them on your palm or on your neck some essential oils can make you go to sleep which is really good.
8. if you have anything on your mind get a notebook and write the things on your mind down into the notebook it helps clear your mind if you got anything negative on your mind or stress or even just see anything on your mind in general.
